Full motorized fluorescence microscope on the 3 axes equipped with Apotome. Apotome module is used to remove the out of focus signal, to increase the sharpness, the contrast and the image's resolution. The microscope is able of z-stack scanning, tiles acquisition, time lapse acquisition, multifocus acquisition, all functions are automatic. The hardware is controlled by a computer and acquired images can be processed and / or analyzed through an image analysis software (Zen 2, Carl Zeiss).
